Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during launches, sales, or busy holiday periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer Australia-wide shipping:

$10 Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

$15 Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Nakiti Jewellery is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels once they have been lodged with the postal carrier. However, we’ll always do our best to help you locate your package if something goes wrong.
