Refund policy

At Nakiti Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect purchase or personal preference.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, only in the case of a faulty or defective item.

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item. Our team will review and assist you promptly.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
